OUR HISTORY

The company's heritage consists of in-depth knowledge of technologies for integrating machinery and production lines with the use of robots. Know-how gained through years of experience in design, construction, production start-up and maintenance assistance in the most diverse sectors: from automotive to recycling, from paper to food.

1984

Foundation: Alberto Botta and Walter Genre, taking advantage of their shared experience as system installers, created the company.

1987

First works abroad and installation of casting carousels in Nemak Monterrey, Mexico and in Teksid Dickson, USA.

Opening of a production workshop in Verzuolo (Cuneo) and start of machine construction activities.

Supplies to the Fiat Auto group at the Mirafiori and Rivalta offices.

1989

Expansion of the production workshop with new headquarters in Costigliole Saluzzo (Cuneo) and start of construction of systems, complete lines and machines.

1993

Purchase of industrial land in Costigliole Saluzzo (Cuneo) for the future construction of a factory.

1996

Mission to Mexico dedicated to supporting Teksid for the new cast iron and aluminum foundries in Monclova.

Expansion of production activity in Italy with a new factory equipped with a technical and administrative office in Costigliole Saluzzo (Cuneo).

2002

Inauguration of the Artimpianti-owned factory and transfer to the current headquarters in Via Busca, 57 in Costigliole Saluzzo (Cuneo).

2009

Artimpianti designs, develops and patents an innovative dismantling machine that conquers important market shares in the aluminum cylinder head sector.

2010

In the midst of the industrial and social crisis, Artimpianti designs and develops innovative technology for photovoltaic parks: the increase in turnover allows it to overcome the crisis and embrace the imminent economic recovery.

2015

Following the success of the first two ModulArt casting lines in Chennai and Dewas in India, Artimpianti installs two lines on the Russian market (Uljanovsk).

2019

Artimpianti Srl is born under the management of Torasso, Carignano, Genre and Manzini.

Purchase of the Italian company complex, invests in the development of highly automated and robotic solutions for the aluminum foundry sector, but not only.

2021

Artimpianti Srl receives certification from ABB robotics as Value provider for robotic applications in the foundry sector.

2022

Purchase of n°1 3-axis CNC, n°1 5-axis Smart turn, n°1 3-axis CNC boring machine for the mechanical processing of large carpentry works. This important investment allows us to become independent and more flexible in the construction of machinery and equipment.

2023

The new CHROT 650 dismantling machine has been launched on the market to meet the needs of dismantling increasingly larger and heavier pieces. Expanded mechanical processing department with the addition of a second 3-axis CNC milling machine.

2024

Acquisition of an important and historic company designing and manufacturing high quality hydraulic cylinders such as Dema Srl.
